POLICY
It is extremely important that the stylist's and clients' time are
respected. To ensure everyone's visit is pleasant, please be prompt!

  • Call if you will be 5-10 minutes late. After 10 minutes,              
    a $10 late fee will be applied to your service.

  • After 25 minutes, you may have to reschedule your
    appointment and a $25 fee will be charged to your          
    next service.

  • No shows or cancellations not made within 24 hours will
    incur a $25 fee.

  • If your tardiness effects other appointments, you may have
    to reschedule or you will have to wait for your service to be
    completed. Any fees will still apply.

  • Standing appointments are available and highly
    recommended.

  • Cash, Visa, Master Card and Discover.  No Checks.
